SMS Program Description BehindTheListings LLC operates an SMS messaging program for customers who opt in via our website contact form. The program includes transactional messages (appointment reminders, service confirmations, account notifications, customer support) and, for users who separately consent, marketing messages (special offers, discounts, and service updates).
Carrier Liability Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
